2、阀门机械锁装置工作原理
初始状态
装置对应的孔位上留存一把钥匙，受控阀门处于初始状态（开或关）
操作状态
根据工艺要求，从控制室取出授权钥匙，插入装置上另一侧对应的孔位，受控阀门处于可操作状态，操作阀门至新的状态（开或关）
结束状态
拔出初始状态中留存的钥匙，并返回控制室，受控阀门锁定于重新设定的状态（开或关）。
3、应用范围
阀门机械联锁主要应用于 油田、石化、化工、核电、冶金、天然气等高危行业中关键阀门的状态锁定、传递和显示（现场和控制室）。
