FUSHS gleitmo 925 is a water-based solid film lubricant. Itsactivelubricating component is a synergistically acting combinationofsolid lubricants with a predominant portion ofmolybdenumdisulphide.

Fields of application

Coating of screws or nuts in order to avoid fretting(stainlesssteel), to achieve definite assembly anddisassembly.
gleitmo 925 is suitable for metal-forming applications withhighdeformation rates.
Dry lubrication of slide rails, joints and bolts.

Method of application

gleitmo 925 is applied via compressed air and airlesssprayingsystems. Immersion is convenient for bulk small parts.Brush orroller is recommended only in case spraying or immersionisinfeasible.
The sliding surfaces to be coated should be carefully degreasedwitha solvent and should be dry before applying. Shake thecontainerthoroughly or stir its contents before.

Shelf life: 12 month in closed original container atroomtemperature
