汞灯紫外固化喷漆设备技术方案

钢管为切断的单只钢管，依次通过辊道进入涂油机。传感器获得钢管进入的信号后，将信号传给涂装控制系统，油泵输送涂料，对钢管进行涂装，膜厚控制系统控制膜厚，传感器获得钢管离开的信号，同时传给控制系统，遮光板关闭，单根钢管的喷涂作业完成。等待下一根钢管的到来。Cut single pipe run through coating machine one by one. After sensor receiving signal, it’s sent to coating control system, oil pump conveys paint to coat pipe, thickness controlled by control system, then sensor receiving signal to leave, sent to control system, barn doors close, the coating is finished, wait for next pipe.

1、固化设备curing device

固化室是对涂装完的工件的漆膜进行固化的装置，包括供风系统，排风系统和固化系统。Curing room is to cure paint film of pipe, with air resource, exhaust system and curing system.

（1）供风系统给设备提供足量的新鲜的空气，以固化室的清洁，从而涂层表面质量；而且供风和排风的组合还可以带走紫外灯发出的热量，降低固化室的温度，灯管就可以长时间的连续工作，供风风量：15000~20000m³/h，有足量的供气量，空气经过滤，达到工艺要求的洁净度。air resource provide fresh air to ensure clean of room to coating surface quality, combination of air resource and exhaust system can take heat of UV lamp, lower room temperature, then light can work continuously, air source flow: 15000~20000m³/h.

（2）排风系统及时排走固化室里的空气，排风风机风量：12000~17000 m³/h，足够的排风系统，带走足够的多余热量，从而紫外灯的连续生产。exhaust system can take air of room in time, exhaust system flow: 12000~17000 m³/h, take heat to ensure light can work continuously.

（3）固化系统由水银紫外灯组成，节能清洁，寿命长，灯罩上有单独的排风管，使得循环风对灯管的冷却更加直接，效果更佳。Curing system composed of good mercury UV light, long life, clean, with exhaust pipe on cover, to get better cooling performance of light.

（4）在固化室和涂装室之间有自动开关的遮光板，由气缸驱动，根据控制信号自动开启闭合，当没有工件通过的时候，遮光板闭合，程度的保护没有参加涂装的漆料不被固化，使漆料回收的效果更好。barn doors with auto switch between curing room and coating room, driven by air cylinder, switch based on signal, when no pipe pass, doors closed, to ensure paint which not in coating not cured.

2、电气控制系统 electrical control system

电控系统实现钢管通过设备各个过程的协调、过程的跟踪、各种工位命令的传输和执行。整个系统通过可编程控制器、传感器等检测元件。操作员在固定操作台上操作。electrical control system perform coordination, tracking, orders transforming and performed of whole procession. System can inspect elements through PLC and sensor. Operator at fixed working table.

自动检测钢管头部进入和尾部离开清理区和涂装区的状态。Can inspect state of pipe head and end entering and leaving cleaning area and coating area.


排风系统可以人工启动和停止。Exhaust system can start and stops manually.

（4）涂油速度coating speed： 35～40米/分钟m/minute

（5）涂油干膜厚度film thickness： 15～35μm

（6）固化时间curing time： ≤1秒

4、工艺要求 craft requirement

（1）能力适中，满足生产线的要求。Moderate capacity to satisfy line requirement.

（2）确保涂膜均匀，1秒固化。Ensure even coating, 1s curing.

（3）能源及材料消耗少。Small consumption of energy and material.

（4）不影响厂房内作业环境。Won’t affect factory environment.

5、 设备描述 machine description

该设备主要由进出辊道、涂油装置、油漆回收装置、固化装置、控制系统等部分组成。Composed of enter and run out rolling rails, coating device, paint recovery device, curing device and control system.


设备主体（含设备内两组辊道）占地：4米长，2.5米宽，3米高。Machine(including enter and run out rolling rails) area: L 4m, W 2.5m, H 3m
