Constant Humidity & Heat

恒定湿热

Put the cell into constant temperature humidity oven at 90%~95% humidity and 40±2℃ and rest for 48hours.标准充电后，将电池放入40±2℃，相对湿度为90%~95%的恒温恒湿箱中搁置48h。

No leaking, no crack, no fire and no explosion

电池应不泄露、不泄气、不破裂、不起火、不爆炸

Vibration振动

After standard charging, fix the cell onto the vibration platform to vibrate repeatedly for 30min with frequency of 10~55H and velocity change of  1Hz/min from three directions X、Y、Z for 30min respectively in its scanning frequency velocity 10CT/min.

Vibrate frequency: 10~30Hz 

displacement amplitude: 0.38mm

Vibrate frequency: 30~55Hz 

displacement amplitude: 0.19mm

标准充电后，将电池安装在振动台上，在X、Y、Z三个垂直方向进行实验，振动频率在10~55Hz间以1Hz/min的，往复振动30min。

振动频率：10~30Hz  位移振幅：0.38mm

振动频率：30~55Hz  位移振幅：0.19mm

Drop自由跌落

After standard charging, each cell will be dropped freely three times in random directions from the height of 1.0m which is lowest height onto a 30mm thick hard board. 标准充电后，将电池由高度（点高度为1m）的位置自由跌落到30mm厚的硬木板上，每只电池以任意方向跌落3次。

Temperature change

温度变化

1）Standard标准充电；

2）Rest battery for 4 hours at 75±2℃ then rest 2 hours at 20±2℃ after temperature dropping within 30mi and rest 4 hours at-20±2℃ after temperature dropping within 30min, Rest battery for 2hous at 20±2℃after temperature increasing within 30min, repeat above steps for 4 times.将电池放在75±2℃下搁置4h，然后在30min内将温度降至20±2℃并恒温2h，再在30min内将温度降至-20±2℃并恒温4h，在30m内将温度升至20±2℃并恒温2h，连续4次重复以上步骤
