【Scope of application】

◆ It is most suitable for waterproof, seepage control and moisture-proof of toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, ground floors, balconies and other works, and can also be used for one of the multiple waterproofs in roofs.

【构造要点】

◆基层：所有阴阳角以及管道根部等两面交接处，均应做成圆弧形，阴角直径宜大于50mm，阳角直径宜大于10mm。

◆防水层：可单独涂膜防水构造，也可根据工程实际情况或设计要求增铺胎体增强材料，屋面工程多道设防的每一道涂膜厚度不应小于1.5mm，一道设防时厚度应不应小于2mm，地下工程不小于2mm。厕浴间不小于1.5mm。

【Construction details】

◆ Base course: all inside and outside corners and junctions of both sides of pipe roots should be made arc-shaped, with the diameter of an inside corner greater than 50mm, and that of an outside corner greater than 10mm.

◆ Waterproof layer: apply it as waterproof structure independently, or add matrix reinforcing materials based on the actual engineering condition or design requirements, with the thickness of one of films not less than 1.5mm and that of a single film not less than 2mm for the roofing works not less than 2mm for underground works, and not less than 1.5mm for toilets and bathrooms.

【Construction points】

◆基层处理——基层表面应平整，坚实、无尖锐角、浮尘和明水，并按设计要求做好防水节点处理。油污须清除干净，低凹破损处修平。

◆ Base course treatment – the base course surface shall be smooth, solid and free from acute angles, floating dust or water, and go through good waterproof node processing as required in the design. Oily dirt must be removed, and dented and damaged locations must be flattened.

◆配料——灰浆混合的方法是先液料倒入搅拌桶中，在手提搅拌器不断搅拌下将粉料徐徐加入搅拌桶中，至少搅拌5分钟，彻底搅拌均匀，呈浆状无团块。水的填加量可适当调节，以调整涂料粘稠度，满足立面和平面不同部位的施工要求。

◆ Ingredients – as for the mortar mixing method, pour liquid material into the mixing bucket, add the powder material into the stirring bucket slowly when stirring continuously with a hand-held blender and stir at least stir 5 minutes to make it into slurry state free of agglomeration after thorough stirring. Increase the amount of water for appropriate adjustment, adjust the paint viscosity, and meet the construction requirements of different locations on the elevations and planes.

◆单组份防水涂料应即用即开盖，开盖后在4h内用完。开桶后未用完的涂料应立即将盖子盖严，以防自聚。涂膜未实干前，严禁在防水层上行走，并注意保护不被损伤。

◆ One-component waterproof paint shall be used immediately after the lid is opened, and shall be used completely within 4h after opening of the lid. The unused paint in barrel shall be covered with a lid immediately to prevent self - polymerization. Before the film is not dry, it is strictly prohibited to walk on the waterproof layer, which shall be protected against damage. 

◆细部附加防水层——按设计要求在留设凹槽内嵌填密封材料，在阴阳角、管根等细部应多遍（2-4遍）涂刷，地下工程宜夹铺一层胎体增强材料。

◆ Additional waterproof layer in detailed parts – as required by the design, reserve grooves for sealing materials, apply several times (2-4 times) in detailed parts such as inside and outside corners and pipe roots, and for underground works, lay a layer of matrix reinforcing material.

◆大面防水层施工——防水涂膜应多遍涂布，宜至少四遍完成，每遍涂布时间一般间隔8h，冬季宜延长。每遍涂膜厚度以0.4～0.5mm为宜，不宜一遍过厚，立面施工以不加水或少加水为宜，以免涂料流淌，致使立面厚度不易达到设计厚度，同时导致阴阳角堆积料过厚，产生裂纹。加铺胎体增强材料时，胎体应铺平，无皱折，搭接不少于100mm，施工时先涂一遍涂料，铺好后上面再刷一遍涂料。

◆ Construction of large-area waterproof layer – as for waterproof coating film, apply the paint for several times, at least four times, at the interval of 8h generally, and extend the interval in winter. The thickness of the film for each time should be 0.4 ~ 0.5mm, too thick film for one time is not recommended, and in elevation construction, it is appropriate to add no water or less water, to avoid paint flow, which may result in failure of elevation thickness to reach the design thickness, excessive thickness of accumulated materials on the inside and outside corner and cracks. When matrix reinforcing materials are laid additionally, the matrix should be paved flat without wrinkles, with the lap not less than 100mm. During the construction, apply the paint one time, and apply it again after the matrix is well paved.

◆涂膜防水层完成并验收合格后，应按设计要求进行保护隔离层施工。

◆After the film waterproof layer is completed and accepted, construction of protection isolation layers shall be conducted according to the design requirements.

【参考用量】

◆     双组份每毫米厚的涂膜，涂料使用量约为2.4kg/m²。

◆     单组份每毫米厚的涂膜，涂料总用量约1.4kg/m2

【Reference usage】

◆ For 1mm two-component film, the usage of paint is about 2.4kg/m².

◆ For 1mm single-component film, the usage of paint is about 1.4kg/m².

【施工注意事项】

◆本产品施工时气温须高于5℃，阴雨天气或基层有明水时不宜施工。

◆防水涂膜应完全干燥后方可进行表层装饰施工，完全干燥时间约为2天，潮湿环境应适当延长。

【Construction notes】

◆ The product can be used in construction at a temperature of over 5℃, and no construction shall go on in case of rainy days or water.

◆Surface decoration construction can not be carried out before the waterproof film is completely dry, the drying time is about 2 days, and the period shall be extended at humid environments.

【包装与贮存】

◆本产品液料须密封存放于5℃以上的阴凉处：粉料须存放于干燥处。

◆在正常运输贮存条件下，产品贮存期不少于12个月。

【Packing and storage】

◆ The liquid material of the product shall be sealed and stored in the shade location of above 5℃: powder shall be stored in a dry place.

◆ Under the normal transport conditions, storage period of the product shall not be less than 12 months.
